Tommy Myllymaki is the winner of the Bocuse d'or Europe in Stockholm

The Bocuse d’Or Europe is the last leg before the grand final. The 12 chefs selected are already preparing for the final of the contest that will be held as part of the Sirha 2015 trade exhibition in Lyon. The European candidates will now need to face 12 other chefs from all over the world, also selected as the result of continental selection events or thanks to the Wild Cards. However, only one of them will be awarded the Bocuse d’Or and the ultimate title of best cook of the world!
