Programme

10.00 hrs: Reception, with a tea of ​​herbs, in the "Torpiaire" of Durby. It is called "Torpiaire", the art of the architectural size of garden trees. Very interesting !

10.30 hrs: Guided tour, in the herb garden, of the 25 plants of Life, with Isabelle Cornette, Herbalist and writer of the book "The Garden of Wonders".

11.00hrs. : Departure by bus to the Menir de Durbuy; aperitif offered, and tasting of Durbuy regional products.

12.30hrs: Three-course lunch with adapted wines from Maison D'Hary Cot. Chef: Gael Colinet.

15 .00 hrs : culinary walk with tastings and discoveries of Vieux Durbuy.

17.00 hrs .: end of this beautiful day all oriented towards gastronomy.
