1. Thematically we provide an energy booster by offering all groups 4 events that have to do with that day

* Increase your energy level

* Increase your stress resistance

* Increase your immunity

* Increase your oxygen intake

And all this topped with a great "Have Fun Content" and "Outdoor experience"

2. Optimal Corona Safe Environment

* We have more than asked to met the Covid Event Risk model as well as the Green Event Scan.

* We work with 16 bubbles of 6 people who each have their own outside tent for the event activities with more than 1.5 meters between the participants per bubble and between the bubbles themselves.

* We provide the maximum of hygienic measures so that this can serve as an example event for the professional sector.

* We have the support of Vives LOReCa KULeuven.

3. Practical information

* Event takes place on December 8 from 9.15am-5pm

9.15-11.15: Reception Japanese style with aroma / breakfast with energy shot / energy movement

11.15-14.15: Laser clay pigeon shooting / bol d'air and Bestair experience / various aperitifs

14.15-15.15: Outdoor Cooking experience on Traeger pellet bbq / Ayurvedish input with aromatherapy

15.15-16.00: Body waves

16.00-17.00: Aperitif + snacks

* Location is party hall Ten Dauwe (Peter De Groote) where we can call on their expertise plus we have an outdoor area of ​​1,000 m2, a covered veranda of 100 m2 and 2 indoor spaces of 420 m2 together.

* The outdoor experience is used as much as possible and we will also plan an outdoor cooking experience in collaboration with BBQAcademy (Davy De Sutter).

* With the digimagazine we do communication beforehand, afterwards and at the event we receive the distribution of our 1st post corona print magazine.

* Apart from the inspiring product tastings, we provide the participants with an inspiring goodie bag that fits within the theme.
