Dolce 's petanque trophy for Chefs 2019
05 august, 2019
Thinking back to the great success of our second edition on the beach, we are returning to the sand to battle it out for the coveted title.
The winner will take part in the final at CHEF19, the exclusive trade event for culinary professionals on 7 October.
But this special day is much more than just pétanque. For the evening party we will be heading to the Cartoon festival in Knokke – Heist whose theme this year is ‘Njam’(yummy).
They are embarking on a culinary course and hence, the perfect combination for us!
You have to admit, it’s a match made in heaven!
Do you love pétanque? Jean-Michel Bourrat will introduce you to the art of agile pétanque and extreme pétanque. Not to be missed.
And all this will happen under the watchful eye of patron of the event Edwin Menue*, the star chef of Cuines, 33. He is joined by Chef Ghislaine Arabian, coming from Paris,
known from the Pavillon Ledoyen** and the néo-bistro “Les Petites Sorcières” and a member of the jury at Top Chef.
Below we have listed the most important details about the event! Please block the date in your diary!
*known terminology from the pétanque world, which means the ball is really close to the small ball.
