DOLCE WORLD @ TUTTOFOOD MILANO

Dolce World will be back to TUTTOFOOD for a 7th edition that is expected to unveil a lot of novelties. If you are wondering how to pair your pastry with the perfect wine – a must for this season – the place for you will be TUTTOWINE, the new section dedicated to exploring the culture of wine organized in partnership with the UIV – Unione Italiana Vini (Italian Wineries Association).

If your paring of choice is with ancient tradition instead, you can’t be missing TUTTOHALAL and TUTTOKOSHER, two brand new areas devoted to discover what these centuries-old nutritional traditions have to say to contemporary cuisine and pastry in particular. You’ll be delighted to lose track of time among the exhibitors stand from over 40 countries, who premiere their most innovative products, while you find your way to TUTTOSWEET, the specialized area focusing on the Sweets sectors.  At the 2017 edition, nearly 270 companies were present in the area, 20% of which from abroad, in a 5,500 sqm space.

When you arrive, don’t forget to have a look at our unparalleled events programme. You’ll certainly find the event for you among more than 500 dates including show-cooking and tasting sessions, workshop and seminars, and presentations of data and scenarios.

The visit to TUTTOFOOD in Milan is the main event during this trip. This international B2B trade fair offers all the novelties in the area of food and beverages. This event is taking place for the 6th time and has grown into one of the main events for food professionals in Europe!

But you’ll be experiencing a lot more during this trip. We will also go on an excursion with Luca, a friend of Dolce, and a chef in heart and soul. He will take us to some places where the North Italians eat themselves. We will experience the charms of the region and taste the flavours of gastronomic north Italy. We will be staying in Luca’s cosy hotel, which boasts an exceptional wine cellar. This is where we will learn all about Franciacorta and his wines. Did you know that this exceptional sparkling drink rarely or never makes it to our regions and is kept exclusively for the Italian market?

If you want to enjoy La Bella Italia and learn a whole lot, you really should not be lacking from this exceptional trip…
