First edition ‘Best Chef of Adult Education in Flanders’ big success!

On Friday 8 December 2017, the first edition of the competition ‘Best Chef of Flanders in
Adult Education 2017’ took place at CVO De Avondschool Ostend. The culinary battle was
fought in the teaching kitchens at the Leopold III-laan 1 in Ostend. Mathias Emmerechts,
course participant CVO Province Antwerp, conquered the first place with his ‘lacquered pork
cheek with crispy skin’.
