Bean salad

Ingredients (10 people)

2 kg marinated wild garlic small new potatoes (Pinguin)

350 g bacon cubes

350 g parboiled, very fine French beans (Pinguin)

1 red onion

red pepper strips (Pinguin)

tarragon vinegar

fresh tarragon leaves for garnishing


Thaw the French beans and red pepper strips.

Fry the smoked bacon cubes until crunchy.

Fry the small new potatoes in the wok (you do not need olive oil).

Add the vegetables and bacon cubes to the potatoes, stir then add a bit of tarragon vinegar.

Serve the dish as a salad and garnish with some red pepper and tarragon leaves.
