Pasta vongole

Ingredients (serves 8)

500 g pasta
1 kg vongole
3 shallots
white wine
flat-leaf parsley
lime zest
olive oil


Boil the pasta by choosing “side dishes” and “boiling pasta”. The pan will automatically fill with 10 litres of water. Place the pasta in the basket and set the timer. Rinse the vongole and mix with olive oil, garlic and the finely chopped shallots. Then choose the “side dishes” menu and “braising and steaming”. The pan will heat to 90°C in 200 seconds. Place the vongole in the pan and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add some white wine and then exit the process. Mix the pasta in with the vongole and some flat-leaf parsley, grind over some pepper, add some lime zest and a dash of olive oil.
