With its five palaces dedicated to the Horeca sector and its sixth palace dedicated to gastronomy, Horecatel now seduces all professionals: hoteliers, restaurateurs, coffee makers, friturists, caterers, butchers, pastry chefs, gastronomes and foodies. The 2016 edition attracted 35,672 visitors, all curious about culinary innovations and eager to strengthen their commercial development by contacting some 420 exhibiting companies who came to present their original products of mouth, new flavors, equipment and high-performance equipment.
