Chocolade Bros Viva Sara
Ingredients:
300 gr cocoa butter
300 gr Chocolate
250 gr Coffee ice cream with Viva Sara
Preparation
Melt the cocoa butter and chocolate
Tranfer In Espuma bottle 4-6 bombs.
Place in plastic pots.
Put ice in a vacuum bag, vacuum.
Let it set up overnight.
Pour coffee ice into a plate and the Bros over it.
