Since 2007 Paul has been a teacher and responsible for the Hotel & Nutrition in Education (CVO De Avondschool Oostende). In addition, he was able to convey his passion & experiences to students. The concept of 'desoete-cooking' has been developed since 2011. Paul responds to the ever-growing trend of hosting parties on the move.

Since 2020 he owns the restaurant De Soete'rie in Eernegem. Enjoy contemporary and modern dishes in a cozy and attractive setting
